WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER, HORRIBLE SERVICE Customer care couldn’t care less about your problem, rude to their clients. I’ve spoken to four different customer care consultants on different occasions and every time i hear the same thing “we will escalate your issue “and if you ask to speak to a manager they’re either “ in training “ “in a meeting “ or can’t be contacted. My order has been sent to the wrong address twice after I’ve updated my address, my order has been delayed for days now and they’re saying “HOPEFULLY I will get it next week” Shein needs to wake up and find a different courier company to work with.
