Buffalo logistics horrible service and expensive cost for delivery

The worst company to send your good with. Waited 27 min on the phone. Just to talk to a rude employee from buffalo when I asked why am I paying so much for delivery. Then the guys says ask Sars and blaming Temu aswell . Asked him to transfer me he said they don't do that. I have to email them so waiting 27min and this employee doesn't give a hell about me. Also not interested in helping me at all rude and not interested to assist . Don't use this company I won't ever again
