Buffalo Logistics horrible customer service

I ordered an item from ebay which was shipped with buffalo international logistics to South Africa, it has been detained by customs for 12 days now, have paid the tax as indicated by buffalo also, but that is not the reason for sharing my experience here. Their phone number makes you hold for ages for a consultant only to be cut off every single time. They state they have a whatsapp number now also for quick response, I have sent several messages there with absolutely 0 replies 2 days later.
