Buffalo Logistics - ********** service

I recently did an online order and received a mail to pat customs. I have paid the customs but I keep getting SMS's and automated calls advising me to pay. I have sent multiple messages to their whatsapp and nobody has assigned me. I have even sent them my proof of payment. I tried to contact them multiple times but I was not transferred to a consultant and the line keeps dropping. This is pathetic service and I am very unhappy with this service. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.
