Buffalo logistics has the worst service

I waited and have been tracking my parcel every day. No calls or any form of communication from the company. This morning when I looked at app it said parcel out for delivery and that I should keep my phone on for when they call,did anyone call? Never. I checked again on the app after working hours and it said "delivery vehicle breakdown" . I have never been this frustrated in my life
