Buffalo Logistics Has Not Refunded Me For A Duplicate Payment that was made using the SMS link that was received from Buffalo Logistics on 2024-02-27 for Customs Tax & duty Payment for a Shien order.

I had immediately contacted buffalo Logistics after the duplicate payment was made, the difficulty to even get through to get someone to assist me was extremely difficult.

I then eventually found an email address and managed to receive a response back from Palesa. She then assisted me and told me the following documents I needed to send through in order for the refund to be processed. I then sent through all the requested documents.

I have since not received any refund or communication from them concerning the matter.

I have attempted to contact them but they have been no response. I urgently need my refund
