Buffalo logistics has my order but they dnt want to deliver it’s been 5 days now

Hi I placed an order on shein nd it was taken by Bufallo logistics i later changed my delivery address to my work and they confirmed that my address was changed… it’s been 5 days now, I have been receiving messages that my order is out for delivery but never received the order, when I call them they just say my order is with their driver and he is on his way to me…never received my order everyday when I call it’s different stories

Please assist
