Buffalo Logistics has *********** and rude people and they ignore their clients and also lie

1. I ordered a parcel and their site said delivery will be by 15 Aug, I only got it two weeks later after numerous ignored follow ups. 2. They don't answer they landline 3. They don't answer or even blue tick their whatsapp number 4. Their office person who finally responded to my many email was called me and was so rude and raised his voice at me and blankly told me he was doing me a favour by calling me - it was not his job 5. Their tracking website said I received my parcel at 10pm but I only got it 12 hours later
