Buffalo logistics got my package ****** without any refund or assistance

Hii i order a package from temu it was ready to be delivered but for 3 days nothing came...in the evening i went into my tracking and it said my package was ******....temu refunded me for my package but when i contacted Buffalo about my customs they did not assist me then i started getting notifications saying my stollen package was delivered but i never received anything..all i want is my customs money back but they are not helping me or giving me feedback on the situation..i asked where they delivered my package but they cant tel me and also they cant tel me who signed for it ..i want my money back or the so called delivered package!!
