Buffalo logistics give me my things

I have a problem with Buffalo logistics I ordered some things from shein I was then sent an email to pay taxes I did that on the 11th it's the 18th today and have not got my parcel it shows that it's in jhb since and has not moved upon asking why it has moved they told me my address can not be found mind you I have been using the same address and they have been delivering to it for the past 2 years ..okay I then followed the link to fix the address issue after filling in my add the is a place to put in coordinates that place can't be pressed and it has a red star next to it indicating that I have to do that to proceed..it's not working I called them 3 times and all their consultants can't give me a solution they take my tracking number then make me stay on the line till my airtime is finished I am very upset Buffalo please give me my package.
