Buffalo Logistics - False Information & Delayed Delivery

I’ve ordered my Shein order on the 25th of July 2023. When my parcel arrived in SA on the 31st of July, I’ve received a mail from Buffalo Logistics that my parcel has been detained by customs, and that I had to send documents on a website link - so I did. A week later, I’ve phoned Buffalo Logistics again, just to hear that customs is still waiting for my documents, nevertheless - customs has confirmed that they have received my documents. On the 16th of August 2023, my contact went to Buffalo Logistics OR Tambo, and he located my parcel on their floor - which has been on their floor for the last 2 and a half weeks now. My parcel still has not been delivered to this day (21st of August 2023). When I phone Buffalo Logistics, they say that customs is still waiting for my documents, which is a lie, as my contact has confirmed that my parcel is on Buffalo’s floor, waiting to be dispatched. How long must I still wait for my parcel to be delivered to me without receiving false information? VAT has already been paid on the 31st of July as well!!
