Buffalo Logistics Failure to provide efficient service

If there was a negative rating that is what Buffalo Logisitics deserves. I ordered my package on the 17th of June , it arrived in Pretoria DC on the 24th of June . Since the 24th there has been no tracking update and when I contact Buffalo it either takes a whole day to get an automated response or they don't respond at all. on the 2nd I received the information that my package was being transferred to a third party or another courier service being DPD Laser. I contacted DPD laser and was told that they received data into their system but not the actual package as Buffalo has not handed the package over to them as they hand packages over daily. I continued press but to this day DPD Laser cannot deliver my package on behalf of Buffalo because of Buffalos incompetence. It is so disappointing because Buffalo is not only ruining their reputation but the reputation of any other company that works with them. ****mers
