I placed an order with shein on the 25 March 2024,i paid my customs fee with buffalo logistics I have not received my parcel till to date, the status says it is out for delivery since the 1st of April and also when I track it was given to a third party

I have even sent an email enquiring about my order and the is no reply, alot of people are complaining about the same not receiving their orders in tic tok and sum being told an order is lost

Hi buffalo logistics you have sent me an email stating my order was in ur depo in port Elizabeth at 3am yesterday but no time of delivery. This is such an inconvenience and you don't care about customers
