Buffalo logistics excuses and not deliver

The Buffalo has poor service. I have long been waiting for my parcel and I haven't received it at all till today. Sometimes the status does not even change and I have to make a follow up for it to change. Not so long ago they said my order would arrive in 24hrs but still today nothing. It is so tiring and depressing because we can see that Buffalo together with Shein are out there to **** us nothing much. They always says our addresses are invalid and cannot be located. How is that so? If other business like Takealot can locate us why Shein cannot. Shein we need our orders!
