You can phone them to make arrangements for your parcel and the drivers will not follow protocol just to phone you but send you parcel back the 3rd time now. No manager will assist as well, all in meetings is the excuse. You also not allowed to collect your parcel in Jet Park.Shein must find another logistics company for delivery.
