Buffalo Logistics

I have tried several times to pay customs duties on a parcel ordered from Temu and due to be deliveredby Buffalo. They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp and the bank details they give do not work. I have paid for my order and now fear it will be returned because I cannot get through to pay the duty.
