buffalo logistics drivers are lying !!!!!!!!!!

i still havent received my parcel. driver lies on status and says i asked for a reschedule, yet i am sitting waiting! if you are lazy to deliver my parcel then say so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no one at buffalo logistics is helping me to get my parcel. they are throwing their hands in the air
