Buffalo Logistics Driver gave a stranger my Parcel without even Contacting me

on the 31st July 2023 I called Buffalo Logistics to follow up on my parcel that I have ordered and was with them at their warehouse, I was told it was shipped out to be delivered which it never reached me. I have contacted them on *** again on the 1st August 2023 all to be told it was delivered and someone signed for it. I am still sitting here waiting for my parcel that was given to a stranger without my concern. I have never receive any call from a driver about my parcel ,but it was jus given away and i have paid for it.
