Buffalo logistics DON'T offer a proper service

This is the most USELESS courier service EVER!!!!! They send emails NOT related to your order while the company you have paid for an an order from,say that BUFFALO will deliver. You contact Buffalo who respond DAYS later with ZERO knowledge of your parcel. You even go as far as to send them PROOF from the Supplier that Buffalo has your package and STILL they deny it! Most most most irritating.
