Buffalo Logistics does not make their clients their top priority. Useless company!!!!

If I could honestly give 0 stars, I would. One of the worst courier logistics company I have EVER been forced to use. Last update on my parcel was on the 8th of September. Absolutely no one can tell me where my parcel is. Been shoved from pillar to post and having to explain myself to every single consultant I come into contact with. Ridiculous. I will never ever order from Shein or Temu again if they continue using Buffalo Logistics.
