Buffalo logistics' disappointing delivery services

Tracking number BUFZA************Q, Buffalo logistics has been disappointing so far. As a new customer they're services have not been satisfactory at all. My brother and I live together and he ordered from SHEIN, however his package was also delivered using Buffalo logistics. He used the same address I did, but I ordered my package from TEMU and I had submitted my order prior to his. He got his order before mine so I'm confused as to how mine hasn't been delivered yet. They keep saying they can't find my location even though I used the same address my brother did and his order was delivered no problem.
