Buffalo Logistics delivery issue

So I ordered on Shein on the 26/10/23 and my parcel was stuck at Buffalo from the 02/11/23 and on the 07/11/24 I got an email from Shein saying that attempted delivery failure. I then called Buffalo they told me that my parcel is lost/******. I emailed Shein they told me no parcel was lost/****** and I had to then call Buffalo again they told me that they'll escalate it's been more than 48 hours no communication nothing and I stressed the fact that my son's graduation clothes are part of the package and I need them by Monday to see if they fit him if not then maybe tailor the garments if need be but now I'm stuck frustrated and stressed out because I don't have cash because otherwise I could have checked somewhere else. Kindly assist
