Buffalo Logistics Customs

I was tracking my order on buffalo logistics website then I found a link to pay for customs and I paid them,that was a few minutes before 09:00.. However at 09:02 they sent an sms with the link.I,with the hope of uploading proof of payment,I was unable to as it required me to pay again while I have already paid..How many time do we have to pay for customs though??
