Buffalo Logistics customer service

I phoned this company about my package that they were delivering for me and got put on hold. They also switch the phones off before 16:30. So If a customer wants to contact them, it needs to be done before 16:15 otherwise no one is going to answer. I whatsapped them on the number that they have for South Africa and I have yet to hear from them. They aren’t very friendly and weren’t helpful with finding my package. The woman I spoke to told me that my package was going to Mossel Bay in the Western Cape in South Africa, when I stay in Gauteng.
