BUFFALO LOGISTICS COMPLAINT

Well firstly I would like to say that I placed an order with Temu for delivery which I paided for and we also paid customs for the parcel which Buffalo was supposed to have delivered 3 days ago every time they say they deliver the parcel and no one available and anyway it’s an office not a house the office is open from 8 so this is completely ridiculous and very much upset and am gonna take this us further I am seriously upset we have also contacted the call centre the agent was totally rude and making fun of me the calls are recorded and her name is Jessie. I cannot believe how *********** these people are that they cannot even take 2 minutes out of their day to give me a call to tell me that they are even attempting to deliver my order! And no one can help me , the staff at the call centre are completely useless and each one of them have different stories for me , no one can give me a straight answer and they are all so rude!
