Buffalo logistics company poor service delivery

This company has a very poor service delivery. I'm still waiting for my package since 22 February 2024. Please refuse to use this company again for your logistics needs. Phone not answered and been sending emails daily and no answer. Staff not well trained to deal with angry customers. Ms Sibiya put phone down on me because she says she can't deal with me. She needs customer care training seriously. My parcel where abouts unknown??? From Shein
