Buffalo logistics company must be canceled and replaced

Still nothing from Buffalo logistics, still waiting for Mandy's call. These people dont care at all and the amount attitude i get everytime i call nd plead my case. Since 3rd June to date, my return window at Temu is about to expire soon and i feel helpless at this point. Can we get a better logistic company when shopping online or can we get an option to choose which logistic company we want to opt for.
