Buffalo Logistics Cape Town, South Africa - delayed service

Hello. I have been waiting for my Shein parcel. I have now received the same message that others have received to say that "logistics providers are experiencing resource shortage, so your order may be delayed by 3-5 days".. I know my package is in Buffalo CPT Linehaul. I do not understand why it is taking this long to get the package out of the Buffalo Logistics warehouse in CPT to me. It seems that we are all experiencing the same problem. I urgently need my package, please. We pay the necessary taxes and shipping costs and we deserve to have a good delivery service provider.
