Buffalo logistics can't tell me where my order is.

I have ordered a package from Shein and already paid my import tax. I have waited 2 weeks for an update, and then contacted buffalo logistics to find my package. They were no help finding it, infact they said it wasn't even in my country. I am really unhappy with their help. Do not recommend!!!!!
