Buffalo logistics cannot be trusted.

We purchased from Temu last month already, for the past 2 weeks it shows orders are with buffalo logistics. Enquired on the what's app line because no one picks up the phone number on the website. The whatsapp status says 3-5 business days since last week! It's well over the service level agreement, you cannot get ahold of anyone, they take your information when you complain on hello Peter but don't follow up or call us to inform us what had occurred.
