Buffalo logistics is the agent for Temu and manages the tax payment.

They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails to sort out problems. Their whatsapp bot is not very good.

They lose payments made and in order to get your parcel, you need to pay tax again. To get a refund thus far has been impossible.
