BUFFALO LOGISTICS / BANGGOOD - 4 Months waiting for 1 parcel post lock down

HI I have ordered a package in July, from Banggood, they are using Buffalo logistics, I have not received my parcel for 4 MONTHS. Banggood has in turn resent another parcel. I got a notification to say my parcel is at Lewis stores, I drove to 3 places and could not get my parcel, Lewis stores instructed i call Buffalo logistics and Buffalo logistics said they will call me back the same day. IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS ALREADY, ADD THAT TO THE 4 MONTHS I WAITED FOR ONE PARCEL. this is arguably the worst service i have every came across. I am about to contact the ombudsman for assistance. Please be careful or this might happen to you too.
