Buffalo Logistics Ballito, Suck!!

actually a 1x star is still too high for this service, i have been waiting for my parcel, for 28 days. on 18th March when i tracked it , it said that it was delivered, i have not received anything, i managed to get hold of the driver, called Dane, he keeps telling me that he has the parcel, and will deliver on each day that i contact him, but he never comes, why did he mark it as delivered if it wasnt, i tried emailing buffalo, i tried their online chat bot, only to be told that they will get back to me, i tried calling on ***, you wait for minutes an then get cut off, i tried their whatsapp number ***, nothing... its not about requesting a refund because you don't get refunded for the import taxes!, its about the ****ty service, we have in this country, i understand that maybe on line shopping has picked up drastically and that the drivers maybe cant cope with the volumes, but then... why don't Buffalo hire more people? why do drivers lie? the driver then said they gave it TO DPD , well i asked them myself yesterday and they said they cant find my parcel, so i need to speak to Buffalo, I really wish Shein would rather use Aramex like they used to, we never had issues with them. Even writing this review wont help improve their service, because they just don't give a damn.
