Buffalo Logistics = bad service. Why does SHEIN use them??!!

Response time to enquiries is atrocious. Can only speak to a bot, which cuts you off (within 5 min range). They tried to deliver to work address on a Saturday, Monday: no answers, Tuesday: "waybill international" when tracked. Are they now sending my package back? WHY?
