Buffalo logistics: Bad service ever

I have bad experience with Buffalo Logistics service. I have paid Custom Tax on the 13th May for my order but still they say I am owing Custom Tax. I paid straight to their website link that they provided in the Pro forma invoice, they can't trace my payment even after I uploaded the Bank Proof of Payment.

They don't respond to my query expect for auto replies that are not helpful. Even now still haven't received my order and no assistance received from them. Worse delivery service ever!
