Buffalo logistics bad service

I order my clothes last month at shein and I paid everything including my currier . I have tried calling buffalo to track my order and the answer I get is its at the warehouse . Buffalo has the worst service ever. I asked if I can go and collect my order and they told me I'm not allowed .I have even wrote them an email they don't even respond 🙄
