Buffalo Logistics Bad Service

I want to lay a complaint about the utmost horrible services of BUFFALO LOGISTICS. I have ordered from shein on 03 May. On 09 May it was received at Johannesburg Station and states "duty hasnt paid". However I have never received any email/sms regarding my custom duties to be paid. I have send out numerous emails to buffalo logistics and tried calling than but unfortunately no reponse or feedback was given. All Im askind for them is to send the relevant information so that I can pay the TAX and get my order. Thank you
