Buffalo Logistics are useless

Extremely unhelpful! They do not deliver customer service and for the life of me I don't know why they created a Whatsapp chat! They take forever to respond, and don't even address your concerns. You literally have to beg them for assistance, but still no feedback, Absolutely pathetic!
