BUFFALO LOGISTICS are so unproffesional

I ordered from Shein and my order was processed and dispatched from the 27th September already. Arrived to the Buffalo logistics on 02/10/22 and i paid the customs tax on the 03/10. I sent via email my POP ten times already. via emails and whatsApp. I am still receiving emails to pay the customs tax and still waiting for my order.

i am so ****ed
