Buffalo logistics are pathetic

This company is absolutely pathetic. Not only can they not deliver a package, buy they don't answer their phones. Their staff are completely *********** at supplying information via email as well. The levels of frustration dealing with these idiots is astounding. its been over two weeks since their one and only attempt too deliver my package from Shein, and now I that I want to go fetch it, its almost impossible to get info from Jenay Gosling, their useless customer service person.
