Buffalo logistics are ****mers and not reliable

They are ****mers, I placed an order at Shein on the 5th of June. I paid R672.55 customs duty to Buffalo. They've been lying from the 18th of June stating that they tried to contact me but couldn't get hold of me. Yesterday I waited for them the whole day only for them to send me an email at 20h30 stating that I received my parcel whereas I did not, they did not even try to call me. I am opening a case for them, I want my money back. Shein should stop working with these ********s
