Buffalo Logistics are ****mers

I placed an order with Shein and it was sent to buffalo logistics for delivery, in several occasions I received messages that my parcel is on the way and would be delivered. I later received a message saying that my order has been successfully delivered and immediately called them to enquire about it.

I have been sent from pillar to post and today a month later I have not yet received my refund for my lost parcel, every time I call I am told about Palesa who deals with refunds and that no one speaks to as company policy does not allow so no one tells me whether they received my submission for refund or not.

Whoever Palesa she should respond to customers, I spoke to a certain Ms Dikeledi Khaba who is said to be a supervisor after I demanded to speak to a manager and neither her knows what happens in that company.
