Buffalo Logistics are a joke

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely zero customer service and I honestly think they are ****ming Shein. But their service has been so bad, I didn't want to give them even a single star.

Don't even try using their services, it will not end well. I have now ready other reviews and I see that I am not alone in my experience, and looks like the problems stem from the top.
