Buffalo logistics

I am extremely upset! I've placed my order in 1November and I was wondering how everything went so smooth until it got stuck at Buffalo. I have been trying to call for the past 2 weeks and finally got to speak to an agent today. She said my parcel is with a third party and I will just have to wait for it. My kids had no Christmas clothes, presents and now no New Years clothes. I am filled with so much anger. I can't even pick up the parcel as the closed the pick up point! Please, please hellopeter help
