Buffalo Logistics - Absolutely Shocking!

I would not even give 1 star. The service is absolutely shocking! Plus you are unable to get hold of anyone. Support email replies are generic so don’t answer the query. The standard wait when calling is 100 minutes - and then you get cut off. I am at my wits end!
