Good day, I am extremely mad as I write, and it's not only me we alot of customers that orderd stuff from shein early July month already we paid vat and customs, and yet to no avail, no communications from them whatsoever, all u hear is an agent will get back to u, if u track your parcel it says its on the way of u go track your parcel again it's returned for what ever reason also you have to pay again for redelivery although the fault is on their side we have been waiting for a month now for our parcels, there isn't communication they don't pick up the fone they don't awnsee our emails, watsapp Facebook, I don't know what to do anymore coz there is money involve, things could really get ugly cos I'm a small business I've orderd clothes for people who paid me already and to them it seems I'm giving excuses and this people don't worry, we are alot, is there anything we can do to get our parcels and stop this people, coz they take parcels and take parcels but they don't deliver, wow pls if there is anybody pls help us make a case.
