Buffalo Logistics – A Complete Disaster of a Delivery Service!

I have literally been waiting at home all day, from 07:00 until 17:00, for my parcel. And what do I get? Your driver, Tshidiso Mokwakwa, had the audacity to claim I wasn’t home. Let me be very clear: this is a complete and utter lie. Ten hours of my day wasted, no delivery, no explanation, and certainly no apology.

This is not just poor service – it’s lazy, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Buffalo Logistics, you are failing your customers in the worst possible way. A delivery is your basic job, yet your driver couldn’t even do that. How do you call that service?

I demand an immediate explanation and a proper delivery of my parcel. Let this serve as a warning to everyone: if you use Buffalo Logistics, don’t be surprised if your parcel never arrives and they blame YOU. This is not how a reputable logistics company should operate.
