Buffalo logistics …. A bunch of *******!!

Buffalo is a bunch of *******. My package has been lost and I have been struggling with their call centre to send me a loss letter so I can start the refund process. Everytime I call they promise me that someone will get back to me asap but nobody ever does !! What more do I have to do?
