Buffalo Logistics a ****!!!

I ordered from Shein in March 2024. I have been waiting on my order for the longest of time.

I contacted Buffalo Logistics a couple of times as I received an email that they had my parcel. They advised that they could not find my address, which I went ahead and gave them the address to a point that I asked them to type on Google as it immediately pops up. The consultants advised they have done so. On Friday which was about a week ago around 17:00 I was contacted and advised that my order will be delivered on Monday.

I receive orders in this address from other companies with no issue. In order for someone to have access to the complex where I live I have to send them a code. No one called me on Monday. Friday evening last week around 22:00 pm I received an email stating that my order had been successfully delivered. I was shocked because I was at home I did not provide an access code or received a call or even heard a knock on my door. Anyways who would have delivered an order that time of the night in South Africa?

I escalated the issue and Buffali Logistics sent an email stating that order had been delivered and I must check with family and friends or neighbors. No speaks to anyone in this complex how would my order have been delivered to someone else.

I need my money back or my orders as this company is a ****. I need proof of which hourlse they delivered my parcel and who signed for it. I am not even getting any joy when calling the call center the phone just rings for hours.
