I am so mad and frustrated at the same time I am even shaking. What a pathetic Buffalo logistics driver and his team somewhere and *********** agents that lie to their customers and always protecting their supervisors or team leaders. I made an order on the 28 of Feb and paid for customs and Duty on the 5th. Can you believe it, I was supposed to get a parcel on the 10th by Monday and to my surprise the parcel was given to a driver that does not deliver in my area, how is the my problem now. So I assume the cruel driver drove around with my parcel for the 3rd day today as I got a message saying it was returned to (PTA DC) at 7:51 If Buffalo and it's stupid employees were doing their job since 7:51 my parcel could be here by now. Thelokazi is very stupid and *********** because she said she is doing an excalation yesterday and today am still hearing the same story from Loiuza. How many excalations are being made for just one parcel? Louiza said I will receive a call by 15:00 today as she didn't want me to speak to her supervisor and I know it's a big lie. How many does should a parcel be delivered to a client after paying Customs and Duty. I WANT MY PARCEL TODAY
